Provencal bistro with terrace in Lavandou serving simple, home-made Mediterranean cuisine

Olivier Orlando perpetuates the family business created in 1978 by his parents and the art of southern living. This Provencal bistro, located near a village square, with a pleasant little terrace, offers simple, home-made Mediterranean cuisine, fish soup with Mediterranean spices, simmered with its favouilles, mussels stuffed with Provencal style, fresh tuna with homemade tomato sauce, and of course, the couscous of the sea or lamb, the squid stew but also the plancha of wild gambas, with aioli sauce.

La Favouille ist nicht nur ein weiteres Restaurant, sondern ein echtes kulinarisches Erlebnis! Gelegen in einer charmanten Ecke, bietet dieses Restaurant nicht nur eine tolle Atmosphäre, sondern auch exquisit zubereitete Gerichte. Das Ratatouille und die Fischgerichte sind einfach unwiderstehlich und verdienen eine besondere Erwähnung.

Ein weiteres Highlight war der Service. Die Kellner waren nicht nur professionell, sondern auch bilingual, was bei der Kommunikation sehr hilfreich war. Wir haben unser Bestes gegeben, auf Französisch zu bestellen, und die Kellner waren geduldig und unterstützend. Das schnelle und effiziente Servieren der verschiedenen Gänge zeugte von ihrer Expertise.

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Da das Restaurant auf Pflastersteinen steht, sind die Tische draußen etwas uneben. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Makel im Vergleich zum gesamten großartigen Erlebnis.

Insgesamt, wenn Sie nach einem Ort suchen, der großartiges Essen und exzellenten Service bietet, dann ist La Favouille genau das Richtige. Reservierungen sind empfehlenswert, da der Ort ziemlich beliebt ist. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und empfehle es jedem, der echte kulinarische Köstlichkeiten sucht. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
