Avevo un pregiudizio sulla parola "esperienza" mi sembrava una parola esagerata per una buona o buonissima cena pranzo o che dir si voglia ho sempre ritenuto esagerato usare questa parola ....ma ieri sera ho compreso il vero significato di questa parola ... Sì perché cenare è stata veramente un'esperienza sublime, dove i sapori dei piatti sono una sinfonia per il palato. Mi sono recato con mia moglie che compiva i suoi 50 anni e non ci poteva capitare di meglio, sono stato consigliato e devo dire molto bene. Premetto che il personale è molto gentile e cortese e sono stati anche attenti a festeggiare mia moglie portando una candelina sul suo dessert come avevo richiesto. I piatti sono preparati con cura, la vista dell'impiattamento accende ancora prima di assaggiare le note di testa e le attese del gusto sono ampiamente soddisfatte. Posso solo dirvi che se vi trovate a Lavandou non perdetevi di andare ad assaporare le prelibatezze di questo ristorante. Peccato, e me ne vergogno, non sapere l'inglese e di parlare un francese scolastico, perché avrei voluto esternare tutto questo direttamente allo chef e al personale, tuttavia hanno compreso che eravamo entusiasti.....CHE ESPERIENZA!

Très bonne adresse si vous désirez vous faire plaisir avec des bons plats savoureux et très fins . De l'entrée au dessert un régal ainsi qu'un très bon vin que le serveur ( sommelier) nous a conseillé !! Je recommande vivement ce restaurant
