Restaurant in a vineyard in Fréjus with a nice terrace and specialties prepared with local products
In his open kitchen, chef Fabien Pasquale prepares a tasteful cuisine, where most of the products come from the vegetable garden or from local producers or craftsmen. The menu is short, composed of 3 starters, 3 fishes, 3 meats and 4 desserts, a limited choice always guaranteeing freshness. You can taste these specialties in the elegant dining room, redecorated by the owner's granddaughter, or, during the good weather, on the vast terrace with a view on the vineyards.
