Within the luxurious Château de Berne hotel, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Flayosc serving superb seasonal and locavore cuisine.
Talented Chef Benjamin Colombat and his star awarded in 2017 and retained until 2021, handed over the reins in March 2019 to his Executive Chef, Louis Rameau, who arrived accompanied by Pastry Chef Eric Raynal (winner in 2020 in Michelin's "Passion Dessert" selection). In addition to the large dining room with its round tables set under a luminous glass roof, two cosy lounges offer a more intimate neoclassical ambience for enjoying the superb cuisine on offer. The chefs offer a seasonal menu, based on local produce.

Five star culinary experience. Every component of each course was prepared with expertise and attention to detail that resulted perfection. With every bite you since your meal was foraged from an organic garden full of flavors, colors and textures to delight the senses. The front of the house was just as excellent.
As an added bonus and surprise the staff was very kind to accommodate a dairy allergy at our table.
Would highly recommend making a special trip to this gem if you are in the Provence region.

It is a one star Michelin restaurant. The food was amazing. The waiter dropped a knife on my husband but apart from that the service was professional. You have to remember to say what you dislike in the dishes otherwise you might end up having something you don’t like. This is what happen with dessert with us. Actually it us the same restaurant where guests of the hotel have their breakfast. One would think the decoration would be more special.

Très bon cependant pour un domaine viticole ne pas avoir le nouveau millesime en Rose au mois d’avril est quand même très très … dommage !

Le Jardin de Berne fut pour nous une expérience inoubliable au coeur de la Provence.
La ‘’Table du Pass’’ est l’endroit stratégique où le chef Louis Rameau, secondé par son équipe, vous fait voyager, grâce à ses produits locaux fraîchement récoltés. L’atmosphère y est singulière et harmonieuse.
Je tiens à attribuer une mention spéciale au Dessert Signature du chef Pâtissier Eric Raynal, qui se distingue par sa succulence et sa présentation d’une rare esthétique.
Nous vous recommandons vivement cette table.
