Restaurant offering a short menu with a simmering cuisine inspired by the seasons
In March 2017, at the age of 30, Clément Euvrard and Pauline Le Gall took over this restaurant set up in a former post house dating from 1732. Clément elaborates a simmered cuisine inspired by the seasons. A short menu guarantees the freshness of home-cooked products. Superb foie gras smoked in hay with chestnuts and chestnut cream; comforting roasted Mont-d'Or with truffles to share; risotto with scallops and truffle bits. A gourmet cuisine at a reasonable price. Also to be enjoyed in fine weather on the shady terrace in the centre of the village.

Really excellent. Lovely shady attractive garden terrace. We had four different meal choices all excellent including steak, sea bream and octopus.

Venue en août pour la première fois dans le service du soir avec mes collègues de travail (une déjà habituée) malgré la chaleur qu'il à resté dû la canicule on a passé un bon moment, lieu calme et familial autour des voisins discrets. Un parking public proche. Le menu varié de saison, on avait choisi un peu de tout. Service bien aux temps, juste à un moment le service s'avait ralenti mais il faut comprendre que au service était une personne. Au dessert qui aime bien le sucré va adorer le moelleu fondant avec la glace. Tout était bien!
