Restaurant offering a short menu with a simmering cuisine inspired by the seasons

In March 2017, at the age of 30, Clément Euvrard and Pauline Le Gall took over this restaurant set up in a former post house dating from 1732. Clément elaborates a simmered cuisine inspired by the seasons. A short menu guarantees the freshness of home-cooked products. Superb foie gras smoked in hay with chestnuts and chestnut cream; comforting roasted Mont-d'Or with truffles to share; risotto with scallops and truffle bits. A gourmet cuisine at a reasonable price. Also to be enjoyed in fine weather on the shady terrace in the centre of the village.

Comment être déçus dans ce restaurant au cœur de Flayosc.
Une cuisine gourmande qu'il ne faut pas manquer.
De vrais desserts fait maison et toujours aussi bon.
Un service de qualité.
Pour nous le meilleur restaurant du village après les avoirs tous essayé.
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.
