Every season of flavours, Davy and Émilie Jobard, the managers of "Le Nid" restaurant in Flayosc have understood this well. A "Cuisine du marché au fil des saisons" is offered to customers, thanks to carefully selected products chosen according to the season. Married with the spices that make the reputation of the house, the new creations await you as soon as the restaurant reopens on November 29. The programme is already full as the holidays approach, on 25 and 31 December and 1 January, three hearty and tempting menus will be on offer for the occasion: foie gras base, scallops and cod back... mouth-watering preparations.
