This is the recently opened Italian address in Cotignac. Here you can taste the delights of the transalpine cuisine with notably a beautiful and generous burrata as a starter, knives with garlic and parsley before eventually continuing with a "pinsa", a kind of thin and crispy pizza, which is declined here on a base of straciatella, with pistachios, pesto and mortadella or with hazelnuts, tomatoes and coppa. Very tasty! Escalope Milanese and risotto complete the attractive proposals.

Cadre sympathique , personnel accueillant mais servent des pâtes au gorgonzola sans gorgonzola et malgres le retour de l'assiette en cuisine le serveur justifit en disant " il n'y avais plus de gorgonzola, on a mis le fond qu'il resté " et service très long le bon n'était pas parti en cuisine..
A larrive des plats ,2 pâtes qui se battent en duel dans l'assiette , beaucoup de tchatche pour pas grand chose , FUYEZ

Nous avons commandé des linguines vongole mais j aurais plutôt nommé ce plat "pates dans son bain d huile d olives et ses 3 vongoles " Nous n avons rien manger.
