An exceptional restaurant, crowned "best restaurant in Europe 2011" at the Villégiatures award, long time Michelin starred and three "toques gourmandes" at Gault & Millau . Anthony Salliège continues the legacy of the late Philippe Da Silva. The place is also a beautiful charming hotel, managed by Martine Da Silva in a real natural setting, with high quality services. The renovated rooms offer exceptional comfort. 13 rooms and junior suites for an exceptional stay.

Nous avons juste pris un verre en terrasse mais s'il nous a été offert des spécialités en dégustation, nougat, cannelé, macaron etc.
Et l'hôtesse était très sympathique. Certainement un établissement de qualité !

Beau terrain et environs. A servi de base idéale pour visiter des établissements vinicoles / vignobles de la région. La chambre était très propre et pleine de caractère. Nous avons dîné au restaurant (précédemment) classé Michelin, qui était également très bon. Le personnel était très professionnel et sympathique.

Un lieu d'exception dans un écrin de verdure. Personnel souriant et disponible. Quant à la gastronomie : une explosion de saveurs , évasion des papilles et joli visuel. Le petit déjeuner continental délicieux et surprenant, oeufs brouillés parsemés de truffe, jambon ibérique et tant d"autres propositions de qualité. A découvrir absolument.
