After having travelled quite a bit in the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var, Joël Bach, an experienced cook, took over this restaurant with his wife. Its menu, made with fresh products, changes 3 times a year. Its cuisine is traditional as proven by the dishes on offer: oxtail terrine, foie gras and truffles, poached eggs in meurette, croutons and its filling, foie gras ravioli with truffles, vol au vent of lamb sweetbreads, pan-fried mushrooms of the moment, tarte Tatin with its vanilla ice cream, hot soufflé with liqueur..
