Restaurant with terrace offering Provencal cuisine with local products
In his medieval vaulted room or on the two covered terraces (12th century passageway), Robert Chiu, still faithful to the post since 1987, reinvents his Provencal cuisine by mixing local products. An example of an ideal meal? Carpaccio of bonito and lemon mint marinade, then home-made Provençal caillette, on a palet of panisse... Bold and ingenious! Also at your disposal, a tapas bar open every day in high season, from 10am to midnight, and an art, decoration and curiosity store: La Cueva.

De plus lors de notre arrivée avec réservation le serveur nous a place à un très mauvais endroit nous souhaitions un autre emplacement mais il nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'une table pour quatre cinq minute après un couple arrivé et il leurs est précisé de s'installer ou ils veulent ,dans ce restaurant il existe deux sortes de client a part cela la cuisine etait bonne
