This superb restaurant offers a menu that brilliantly combines tradition, audacity and modernity.
Adjacent to the Hostellerie du Cigalou in the heart of the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, the Café du Progrès is an address that we particularly like. Dynamic throughout the year (musical evenings on Fridays between October and April), it offers a menu that brilliantly combines tradition, boldness and modernity. Also very nice, the formulas on slate with starter, main course and dessert. The dishes are tasty and always well presented. Congratulations to Fanny in the kitchen and to the team in the dining room for this nice proposal!

Entre poissons et cuisine thaï, nous nous sommes régalés. Plats copieux et gourmands.
Arrivés à 13h50. 3 serveuses… Accueil très froid et service automatique. Lassitude de fin de service ?
Heureusement, Léa, parmi ce trio, nous a fait oublier ce point à travailler avec sa bonne humeur et son humour.
Je recommande cette halte.

L’équipe est très agréable et nous reconnaît à chaque fois que l’on vient. D’ailleurs je félicite toute l’équipe qui effectue un super travail toute l’année avec un flux très important (BRAVO ????)
