For the summer season, Café Léoube opens its doors with a few surprises on the menu. Le Petit Futé was able to preview the new formula of this timeless place, located in the pine forest of the magnificent beach of Pellegrin, in Bormes-les-Mimosas. The revisited card plays with chic simplicity, the redesigned décor is intimate and refined. Chef Marion Pouget creates an amazing Mediterranean cuisine, like this fabulous salad of asparagus, beans and edible flowers. A delight for the eyes and taste buds. Here, the products are fresh, from organic farming and some come directly from the adjacent orchard. An address to discover or rediscover without further delay, and without forgetting the essential bottle of Rosé de Léoube! Lovers of good and organic produce will be able to enjoy it until September, from Thursday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm and until 11pm from June 1st (lunch and dinner service). For the most festive, 4 thematic evenings per week will be organized from mid-June.
