A day of tradition not to be missed by gourmets and black truffle lovers in particular!

Markets, tastings, exhibitions, conferences, truffle-hunting demonstrations and truffle dog competitions punctuate this day dedicated to the black diamond. Truffle menus are also served in Aups restaurants. It's an event that's sure to delight gourmets visiting this pretty village! Can't make it? From November to the end of February, the famous black truffle market is held every Thursday morning in Aups.
