Establishment in Aups with well kept rooms and restaurant-pizzeria with terrace with traditional cuisine
This charming hotel is located in the heart of the village, in the oldest building in Aups. Cindy and Alexy now run both the hotel and the restaurant, after twenty years of management by their father. A warm, family atmosphere, ideal for a few days in the region. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and all open onto the bastide's inner courtyard, where the restaurant's tree-shaded terrace can be found. In the kitchen, Alexy perpetuates his father's recipes. Excellent value for money.

Die Bedienung war freundlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und der Gastgarten liebevoll gestaltet. Ich hatte eine Pizza Provencale. Trotz fehlendem Käse, war diese sehr gut und hebt sich von der üblichen Konkurrenz positiv ab. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wij zijn twee maal tijdens ons bezoek aan Aups bij hen te gast geweest. Een super mooie locatie om te eten. Samengevat in een paar steekwoorden, fijne en vriendelijke bediening. Een kok die weet wat het is om net even meer smaak aan een gerecht te geven. Vriendelijkheid straalt van alles af. Kortom een locatie waar je terug wil komen.

Une réservation à l 'hôtel pour une nuit sur la route de nos vacances...une chambre sans chichi..mais super propre avec le confort nécessaire ! (un bon matelas) le dîner vraiment parfait !! Un vrai chef qui sait cuisiner pas de doutes ! Quant au petit déjeuner j ai apprécié !! Confitures maison et beaucoup de choix ????le rapport qualité y est ! Je recommande cet établissement. ( MERCI pour l accueil chaleureux)
