Hotel in a former post house with rooms with Provencal charm and a restaurant with terrace
This former 18th century coaching inn, at the foot of which a superb fountain is murmuring, contains charming rooms with Provencal charm. The restaurant, which opens onto a large terrace, offers its own speciality every day, or typical regional dishes such as pistou soup, Provençal stew, leg of lamb, veal stew with green olives and polenta, fresh trout belle-meunière style, the traditional Provençal aioli or even sautéed lamb with rosemary and honey. A good plan to stay in the heart of Aiguines!

I can only speak to the restaurant, but the food was terrific with great service essentially in the town square. We went to see "the France Grand Canyon" nearby and stumbled into this adorable town with roses everywhere, and some local dogs. I had truly great pistou (which is kind of like minestrone with pesto) and my friend had a truly life-changing lavender creme brulee.

la serveuse la blonde aucun respect parle avec arrogance jette les plats avec les nerfs ....je comprends pas les gens ont dirais que sa la déranger qu'ont soit la puis ont demande de rapproche les tables ont était un groupe de 6 elle demande que ont soit séparer puis elle nous ignore veut pas nous service par rapport a nos origine une pure raciste

Wir haben das Restaurant mittags zu zweit besucht. Es war voll und die Bedienung hat versucht allen gerecht zu werden. Das Essen war leider nicht empfehlenswert. Das Fleisch war sehr durchwachsen und zäh. Die Beilagen lieblos zubereitet. Man sitzt sehr schön und wahrscheinlich ist eine Pizza ganz in Ordnung, aber wir haben das falsche gewählt.

Super restaurant avec terrasse ombragée , service avec sourire même en fin de saison ! Et daube excellente !!! Très bon rapport qualité prix !

l'endroit est vraiment agréable, sur la place sous les arbres. La nourriture est bonne et le service sympathique, belle expérience
