Overlooking the lake and the Serre-Ponçon dam - one of the region's most visited sites - this museum offers a guided tour of the construction of Europe's largest dam and numerous rooms to visit, including an incredible dynamic 5D cinema to follow the Eagle's Challenge on the Durance. The Muséoscope du lac, animated by spectacular effects and light displays, is a real cultural and tourist attraction between water and mountains. There's also a store selling local products and a bookshop stocking the main books on the department.

Opening time and information on LAKE MUSEOSCOPE

Open according to season. In July and August, open daily. Guided tours every 40 minutes from 10:20am to 12:20pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Adults: €15.50. Children (aged 5 to 15): €10.50. Family package (2 adults and 2 children): €48 and €9 per additional child. Guided tour. Restaurant. Gift store. Entertainment.
