The menus change every week, and some of them make a nod to Roger Walkowiak, a renowned cyclist, such as the two and three stage menus, the prologue menu and the Tour menu. The chef uses only fresh, seasonal produce. The plates are generous. Desserts are also homemade. For your gourmet and professional events, there is a large choice of catered dishes.
