A favorite in the center of Guillestre, on the shady terrace or under the warm vaults, the O'Délices restaurant continues to move upmarket and surprise us! A team of enthusiasts, led by Florian and Catherine, offer traditional cuisine using quality local produce. Colorful plates, perfectly staged, with trout meunière from Châteauroux-les-Alpes or herb-crusted rack of lamb; homemade hamburgers and mountain specialties at the same level of excellence... Closed on Monday evening and Thursday all day, except in July and August when it is open 7 days a week. Lunch menu: 17,90 € (except weekends and school holidays). Menu O'Délices : 34,90 €. Dish of the day at 13,9 Bar.
