Restaurant with terrace where the chef concocts dishes with local products
In a little street in the heart of Gap, a lovely terrace on the cobbled sidewalk. A local break at Le Bouchon, a catering restaurant run by chef Mickaël Guillard, who has the excellent idea of offering "saveurs sous verre" (dishes in jars) for takeaway. All dishes are made with local produce from the Hautes-Alpes region. The chef's signature dish, Lièvre à la royale with grand veneur sauce, is a classic during the hunting season, but a leg of lamb with herb jus is also on the short menu, a guarantee of quality. A gourmet Bouchon.

Carte au choix restreint mais bien suffisant. L'accueil est vraiment agréable, les mets très justement parfumés et assaisonnés, un régal ! D'énormes façades de tonneaux décorent joliment les murs . Une belle découverte !

petite soirée sympa le soir de la fête de la musique avec SAM. très bonne ambiance, bon petit menu original, certes un peu cher mais vaut le détour!! je recommande
Here is very neat well recommended At. A little high prices but it is so good, which you forget quickly. Small terrace on a small square. Wines = super!
