Restaurant offering homemade potato or meat pies

The tourtons are delicious and nutritious little fried fritters stuffed with mashed potatoes or meat. Behind the thick stone walls, a beautiful vaulted room where you are welcomed with a smile to discover the specialities of the Hautes-Alpes: home-made potato or meat tourtons, Champsaur ravioli served with honey and redcurrant jelly, mountain ham or donkey ears or the famous jailles, pork necklace and fricasseed potatoes, deglazed with vinegar. Not to be missed.

perfect! ideal to discover the high Alps (let us tourtons, ravioli, ears of donkeys,...) in a very nice setting. Remember to book the room is small, the evening it is sometimes little place.

Hearty meal and generous, let us tourtons them are good. Guests are acceuillante and friendly setting.
The only downside is the dishes are fortifying and generous portions, beware of the choice for all to enjoy.
