Icade is a land company circulating, and here it is on the Blue Coast that it chose to invest! This should be emphasised because the framework offered by the village of Rove is quite exceptional: 20 minutes from the city of Marseille (Gare station) and two steps from beaches and garrigues. This program is expected to be delivered in 2014 (2nd quarter). Apartments (from T 3) and individual homes are already available for sale. Particular attention should be paid to the management of water and waste, which seems to be an obvious fact in a commune, three quarters of which are classified as a protected natural area. The residence will be branded a low-consumption building (BBC), which will give it advantages in the realization of energy savings in its homes.
