This wine and olive-growing estate is located in the heart of the Provencal countryside and produces wines from noble grape varieties. It benefits from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence PDO. Its oil mill has been awarded the distinction Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company), a label of excellence for French know-how. Among the flagship olive oils are the AOP Aix-en-Provence, the Fruité Mûr de Château Virant, the Vallon des Oliviers in AOP Provence, Fruité Mûr and Bio... Many home-made delicacies are available in the shop (cooked wine jams, olive caramels...)

This vast property, which belonged to the Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem during the 11th and 12th centuries, is renowned for its vineyards and olive groves. Since 2001, the Kessler family has been cultivating 110 hectares of AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence vines and 60 hectares of olive trees, which form a single, south-facing cultivation area. Produced from the aglandau and salonenque varieties, the oil is available in two AOC Aix-en-Provence les Merveilles and Font de leu vintages and an AOC Provence matured olive (Sainte Modeste).
