Room of about twenty covers giving on the open kitchen. Compose your menu from the seasonal menu, or let yourself be tempted by the chef's suggestions. Everything is prepared with products from local agriculture and craftsmanship, respecting the seasonality. Juggling between traditional dishes revisited and dishes from elsewhere with exotic flavors served in beautifully presented plates, as are the desserts. Wine list in harmony with the dishes.
