This year is the 25 th meeting of gourmets, chefs and producers around local tastings. Half a dozen restaurants install ephemeral restaurants in the paved courtyard of the castle. You can taste their refined dishes and even take cooking classes. Also at the rendez-vous, some fifteen vineyards of the region (buy your drink for tastings) and local producers (honey, ice, olive oil, bread, cheese, fruit…). You can linger in the shadows under the trees to enjoy quietly meals and wines. A beautiful showcase of local know-how and a very festive and tasty moment.
