Restaurant with sunny terrace offering traditional cuisine with excellent value for money in Cassis.
Chez Gilbert is a restaurant with a breathtaking panoramic view of the port of Cassis, from the sunny terrace or the upstairs room. The dishes are concocted according to the rules of the art of Provence. Starting with the bouillabaisse, in the purest tradition as a member of the Marseilles charter. You can whet your appetite with a fish soup or scampi. The menu at 42 euros is already an excellent value for money. The wine list is just as noble and expensive, drawing on the most refined wines from the region's estates.

Tout était parfait , aussi bien l'accueil, le service que les plats proposés et testés , un sans faute .

Plat sans aucune originalité, de la purée servie avec de la dorade… Service peu avenant avec un rapport qualité/prix très décevant. Menu enfant non adapté.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre chaleureux. Bouillabaisse extraordinaire cuisinée à la mode de la charte traditionnelle. On ne regrette pas notre détour par Cassis pour cette expérience culinaire !
