Baked supions with white wine and olive oil served on the terrace in Cassis.

Located in the middle of the port of Cassis, the Great Blue is a safe value, testifying to the many regulars and Cassidens who regularly attablent there. On that day, Petit Smart settled on the terrace of this small hotel with a beautiful sunny day. On the plate, a dish of supions hardly farinés and persillés, excellent! In slate also, soup of fish, excellent stuffed squid, a selection of wild fish (wolf, chapon…) cooked simply in the oven with white wine and olive oil, divine! In glass, a white from Cassis necessarily! Le Grand Bleu is an address recommended by Le Petit Smart!

Superbe restaurant, la bouillabaisse était très bonne, la patronne et son personnel très agréables, poissons frais de retour de la pêche, les plats sont copieux et de qualité, je recommande vivement

Le Risotto à la langoustine , les linguines aux palourdes et le filet de loup étaient très bon.
Mais ne prenez surtout pas la marmite du pêcheur, très chère, quasiment rien à manger et le goût n'était pas bon.
