Baked supions with white wine and olive oil served on the terrace in Cassis.

Located in the middle of the port of Cassis, the Great Blue is a safe value, testifying to the many regulars and Cassidens who regularly attablent there. On that day, Petit Smart settled on the terrace of this small hotel with a beautiful sunny day. On the plate, a dish of supions hardly farinés and persillés, excellent! In slate also, soup of fish, excellent stuffed squid, a selection of wild fish (wolf, chapon…) cooked simply in the oven with white wine and olive oil, divine! In glass, a white from Cassis necessarily! Le Grand Bleu is an address recommended by Le Petit Smart!

Poisson sauvage incroyable ! J'ai pris du Pagre , il a été présenté au début puis après cuit. La cuisson était parfaite et cela a été accompagné par des pâtes au poisson parfaitement cuite. Très agréable pour le service, je recommande à 100% ce restaurant

Tout est parfait.. Le must de Cassis... Les poissons bien sûr les meilleurs que nous avons mangé de notre vie. Les sauvages sont leurs spécialités et ils maîtrisent la cuisson comme c'est pas possible... Ajoutez la gentillesse et la disponibilité du patron
