At the entrance of Carry-le-Rouet, this recent luxury hotel residence is composed of spacious studios and apartments (from 15 to 40m²), bathed in light. It is well situated in a quiet and picturesque residential area with many bars, restaurants and shops. You won't miss its beautiful majestic facade and its palm trees. All studios or T2 are well equipped with a kitchenette and some have a balcony or terrace. Inside: a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, dining room and bedroom for the 2-room apartments, but for all of them a fully equipped kitchenette. We like the design and refined furniture and the view from the bay windows, the cosy comfort of the apartments. Formula with optional breakfasts and advantageous weekly prices. A nice pied-à-terre to enjoy the Côte Bleue.

Logement très exigu pour un studio. Une seule chaise pour deux. Pas d'espace pour stocker alimentation donc pour ce faire utilisation de la table donc pas de table pour nos repas. Devrait se louer en chambre et pas pour un studio.

Déçus nous sommes venu pour y dormir un soir odeur de canalisation insupportable + télé qui ne marchée pas on n’est donc partie a l’accueil afin que la personne de vienne constater, il nous informe que oui pour la télé l’antenne à exploser ce qui n’était précisé nul par et nous dit « c’est qu’une télé » alors que l’on paye quand même + chambre avec mobilier usé, des poiles sur les toilettes et lit pas fait avec taches sur les draps .. on na était finalement remboursé directement et nous sommes partie dommage car l’extérieur et beau mais l’intérieur devrait être rénové.

Super accueil de Paule, personnel très gentil!! seul petit point le chauffage ne fonctionné pas très bien, sinon appartement terrasse propre.

Vraiment très déçue nous sommes arrivés le lit n'était pas fait, les draps posés sur le lit les locaux sont vieillissant c'est bien dommage car beau bâtiment !!!! Très triste de le laisser se dégrader comme ça ! Les serviettes de toilettes trouées enfin plus que limite je ne le conseille absolument pas

I had to pay a deposit 300€ during check-in. I was promised that the money would be returned in 48 hours after checkout. But 5 days have passed and the money hasn’t been returned???? and they didn’t answer for my mail 3 days. In our room forced general ventilation, which was noisy and couldn’t be turned off. For remarked, the staff said that they know about this problem, but couldn’t do anything. As a result, instead of relaxing in a quiet room, we got bad sleep under loud ventilation Sockets near the bed work only when the light on. it's terribly uncomfortable. I also want to note that price is very high for this place. For almost $100!!! a night I got a small noisy room. The bathroom with fungus and a toilet seat that looks like it was removed from a public toilet after 10 years of use. And I must put the bedclothes on the bed myself!!! And take out garbage!!! I’m really disappointed, because this place has a good reviews on Booking. Hope, I got my money back
