The flat: CLEANLINESS! When we took to the rooms the bathroom had not been washed there were your tons of hair in the tub shower and toilet of the hairs! I loved...
The following day we could change room because the water hunting toilet was broken!
I had taken the trouble to call the hotel a month in advance our arrival to ask for a quiet room and not next to lifts or corridor. The day or you do not get of receptionist and automatic terminal, attributed room next to lift me! And yes it was necessary that I retéléphone the same day to say it with the receptionist because it does not have time to read the messages off booking!!!! It is however crazy of B& B has a another such difference!
