Chambre très soignée, propre et parfaitement équipée! Jamais vu une chambre aussi bien servie. Nespresso, bouilloire, microonde ect.. parfait quand on a deux bout chou en bas âge !
Je recommande vivement !

On est content, comme vous m'aviez dite, que vous avez trouve notre chambre d'une "prestation 4 etoile" avec la machine nespresso, micro-onde, bouilloire, nouvelle salle de bain... Je suis content que votre weekend de bapteme familiale s'est bien passe et nous esperons vous revoire la prochaine fois vous etesw sur la Riviera.

Sono stato ospite con mia moglie e i miei due figli per due notti durante il mese di Agosto. Normalemnte non scrivo recensioni, ma questa volta mi sento in dovere di farlo.

L' Albergho è un 3Stelle molto carino, pulito, con piscina e parcheggio (non custodito) collegato all'Hotel.

Le camere sono in linea a quello che deve offrire un 3Stelle: pulite, aria condizionata etc + macchinetta caffe Nespresso.

La posizione è ottima per visitare Nizza, Montecarlo, Cannes etc .
Per la Cena, in caso non si voglia andare troppo lontano, a meno di 4kM c'e' il caratteristico paesino di Vence dove si sono una miriade di Ristoranti.

Il valore aggiunto è il propetario e la sua famiglia.
Accoglienza ECCEZZIONALE , ma sopratutto, cura del cliente, capacità di ascolto e massima disponibilità per la risoluzione dei problemi.

Fortemente raccomandato. Io ci ritorno ????

We're glad you enjoyed your stay in our very clean "belle hotel" with it's great pool, good parking and the great welcome. As well as the aircon, nespresso machine and great welcome, we pride ourselves on our hotel and looking after our guests and we hope to see you again the next time you are on the Riviera.
And all this after you said you'd had to check out quickly from a very poor accomodation in Nice to come to us - their loss, our gain!

What a wonderful place to stay! Well located being just 20 mins to Nice airport and ideal for Vence as well as the beaches. The rooms are all air conditioned, the beds are comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was lovely.
The owners, Tom & Ruth are genuinely lovely people and made our stay for all seven of us a real pleasure. I should also mention that there is a beautifully kept, crystal clear swimming pool to enjoy, day or night and ample parking at the hotel for the cars.
Hat off to Tom & Ruth for creating such a lovely venue and helping us have a great time. I would definately stay again.

This hotel is run by a lovely, friendly couple. ???? The location of the hotel is perfectly convenient for the attractions and activities in the area, the rooms we tried were clean and the furnishings were satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep. Unfortunately we were not able to try the swimming pool due to lack of time, but we will definitely do it next time we come back.
Nice welcome, family atmosphere. ????
Definitely recommend for families or travellers without children.

Cordialità della reception pari a zero, la mattina dovevamo partire alle 7.30,in reception non c'era, bisognava avvisarlo il giorno prima, decido di caricare la moto ,intanto che il mio amico attendeva ,la metto in moto,il signore della reception minaccia di chiamare addirittura la polizia se non spegneva,per giunta parcheggiata a 10 metri dal hotel. Camere piccole minuscole ,letti troppo duri cuscini troppo morbidi,il water è attaccata alla porta del bagno,che se una persona è più altra di 190 cm non chiudi la porta. Insomma mai più.

Questo è completamente falso, non chiamerei la polizia, soprattutto per una questione così banale. Ti ho semplicemente chiesto di spegnere la tua moto che avevi acceso per 15 minuti alle 7.20 di domenica mattina (a cosa serve, è una cosa da "maschio alfa" o serve per fare rumore?).
È rumoroso e inquinante.
Inoltre, ti avevo chiesto specificamente se saresti partito prima delle 8 e hai detto di no. Perché mi stai quindi incolpando per la chiusura della reception alle 7:20 di domenica mattina?
Non capisco come le persone possano mettere bugie e punti negativi nei loro commenti ed è consentito dal motore di prenotazione.

Petite note pour tom
Concernant son petit dejeuner

Sachez que le fait de vendre une chambre en imposant la prise du petit-déjeuner constitue une vente liée, jumelée ou subordonnée. En effet, l’article L.122-1 du code de la consommation dispose : “Il est interdit de refuser à un consommateur la vente d’un produit ou la prestation d’un service, sauf motif légitime, et de subordonner la vente d’un produit à l’achat d’une quantité imposée ou à l’achat concomitant d’un autre produit ou d’un autre service ainsi que de subordonner la prestation d’un service à celle d’un autre service ou à l’achat d’un produit.”

En outre, je vous précise que cet article figure dans le chapitre 2, relatif aux pratiques commerciales illicites. Ce texte interdit donc à l’hôtelier de subordonner la location d’une chambre à la prise d’un repas, y compris du petit-déjeuner.

Un jugement rendu par le tribunal de police de Paris, en date du 2 juillet 1993, a condamné un hôtelier qui incluait dans le prix d’une chambre d’hôtel le prix du petit-déjeuner. La cour a condamné l’hôtelier pour infraction à l’article 30 de l’ordonnance du 1er décembre 1986 devenu depuis l’article L.122-1 du code de la consommation qui interdit les prestations de services subordonnées.

L’article R.121-13, alinéa 2 prévoit que les infractions à l’interdiction des ventes subordonnées sont sanctionnées par une amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe, soit d’une amende d’un montant de 1 500 E pour une personne physique et de 7 500 E pour une personne morale (c’est-à-dire si l’établissement est exploité en société). Montants qui sont doublés en cas de récidive.

Je vous précise aussi que s’agissant de contravention, il y a autant d’amendes que de faits reprochés.

Comme discuter lors de votre départ, vous ne semblez pas comprendre un forfait “petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre “ . Vous avez choisi votre forfait et auriez pu prendre chambre simple. Vous ne pouvez pas choisir les forfaits moins cher et puis, d’un coup, décider que vous voudriez une remise quand vous changez d’avis après l’occasion Cependant vous avez décidé de ne pas m’écouter et malheureusement pour moi vous mettez une mauvaise commentaire sur google. Salle de bain sale j'ai du laver la baignoire et la faïence avant de pouvoir me laver pas de réception la nuit pour un soit disant 3 étoiles chambre trop chargée bureau non fonctionnel

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous regrettons que vous avez trouvé le nettoyage de la salle de bain pas comme notre niveau habituel, nous nous excusons. Il n’y pas de réception la nuit obligatoirement dans un hôtel trois étoiles (classement officiel français) car c’est un petit hôtel familiale et nous devons dormir la nuit. Si vous voulez une réceptionniste 24/24 il faut choisir un hôtel plus grand mais ils sont toujours plus cher.

Hotel davvero molto carino, dotato di piscina e parcheggio privato non custodito. Camera dalle dimensioni accettabili. Il proprietario è il valore aggiunto. Ti da tanti consigli su cosa visitare e ti fa sentire davvero a tuo agio

Buen sitio, pero la ducha es un poco angosta, el desayuno es caro y no hay protección para que los niños salgan a la calle. El resto bien.

Thank you for your evaluation. We are sorry you found breakfast expensive however the products we use are expensive to buy (local, bio, fresh) and running a restaurant, even for breakfast, is very expensive.
I don’t understand your comment about no protection for children…all hotels are open to the road and it is surely up to the parents to protect their children, I did when our kids were small. There is however a pool fence which complies with French law.
I also don’t understand how we can be given a poor rating on google for this.

We stayed for a long weekend, Thursday to Sunday. We were made to feel so welcome, the hotel is run by an English couple so this was a huge bonus for us. As our French speaking was minimal.

The whole place was clean, tidy and the pool facility was so good for our kids. The temperature was just right for all of us.

Breakfast was decent, plenty to choose from. Kids were happy with coco pops & pan au chocolat.

Great wifi connection & overall a very lovely stay.
