Jean-David Behar's Dylano has expanded... On a covered terrace, heated in winter, or in the open air, you can sit facing the sea and enjoy cuisine with Mediterranean and Italian accents. The chef works with fresh produce and offers a refined menu of pastas, pizzas, meats and fish that showcase the Italian chef's savoir-faire. You can also relax on comfortable sofas and enjoy crêpes, ice cream sundaes and cocktails. At weekends, the Dylano also organizes lounge evenings hosted by a DJ.

Nous y avons été un matin à 11h30 pour boire l'apéro, le serveur nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de barman pour nous faire un cocktail, donc nous prenons un verre de blanc, qui coûte quand même 9 € le verre avec un accompagnement un petit morceau de pissalgière toute sèche de la veille, nous sommes très déçus je déconseille

Les pâtes à l'andalouse sont les meilleurs de tout les Alpes maritimes j'ai jamais manger des pâtes à l'andalouse aussi bonne

Attention, l'œuf de la salade césar était partiellement cuit, voir cru. Résultat : intoxication alimentaire.

The mussel was not thoroughly cooked. We told the staff about it but they did not even care. There are definitely better options along the coast.
