On the brasserie side, sophisticated dishes emblematic of Mediterranean cuisine, using local produce, are served here in a convivial setting: a 120m2 space and a large shaded terrace... The menu is renewed weekly. The two chefs, Thierry Molinengo and Frédéric Bogé, also concoct tailor-made gastronomic menus, with their signature dishes at the L'Initial table.
