The Cours Saleya is a place not to be missed in Nice, it is the soul of the old city and its point of convergence.

"All roads lead to Rome, and in old Nice, they lead to the Cours Saleya" wrote Louis Nucéra from Nice. This course is very picturesque. A must-see place in Nice, it is the soul of the old town and its focal point. Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, it is constantly animated from 6am until late at night all year round. From Tuesday to Sunday, it hosts the traditional market with its fruit and vegetable stalls from 6am. On Monday, it is the day of the antique dealers and other second-hand goods dealers.

C'est un joli marché qui pour mon avis a perdu de sa superbe . Je le trouve maintenant trop touristique. Et les prix s'en ressentent. On ne fait plus de bonnes affaires comme avant. Après cela reste un lieu plein de charmes , apprécié des niçois . On y retrouve tous les ingrédients de la cuisine locale , les fleurs de courgettes , les fèves... et on peut flâner en y mangeant une des meilleurs socca de Nice.

AU COEUR DU VIEUX NICE, LE COURS SALEYA ABRITE UN MARCHE HAUT EN COULEURS ET EN ODEURS : MARCHE AUX FLEURS, AUX FRUITS ET LEGUMES, TOUS LES JOURS (SAUF LUNDI). VISITE INCONTOURNABLE POUR SENTIR LA VILLE. NOMBREUX BARS ET RESTAURANTS POUR UNE PAUSE GOURMANDE EN TERRASSE.
