The journey continues on the plate, with a selection of Swiss charcuterie to share, Swiss cheese and the inevitable Fribourg vacherin fondue. The à la carte menu also includes traditional raclette with Swiss ham, to share with friends. For dessert, the meringue with double cream is simply delicious.
