Just over a month after the opening of the restaurant Le Plongeoir located at La Réserve in Nice, the chef of the restaurant, Frédéric Maillard, was awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur by the State on April 22nd. A distinction that rewards the quality of his cuisine, which consists of authentic dishes made with fresh, local produce

The awarding of this title took place at the Plongeoir in the presence of the President of the CCI Côte d'Azur, the President of the Departmental Delegation of Master Restorers, the Deputy of the East Coast Territory, Rudy Salles, Deputy and Deputy Mayor of Nice, Franck Martin, Town Councillor sub-delegate for Commerce, as well as all the specialised press and the Plongeoir team

Marc Dussoulier, manager of the establishment took advantage of this ceremony to announce the opening of the Plongeoir 10 months (from March to December) over the year as well as its new challenge: obtaining the Tourism Quality label.

Thanks to the quality of its cuisine, the standing of the place and the mythical location of the establishment, there's no doubt that Le Plongeoir will become the must-see address for epicureans in the region this summer!
