"Kei" for short fell in love with Nissarde cuisine at the age of 25. This unconventional perfectionist of gastronomy regularly revolutionizes trends by playing with the flavours of his two countries of heart. He never stops revisiting and sublimating the cuisine of our region, bringing to the Mediterranean the best of the Pacific touch.

Twelve years after these beginnings and numerous awards such as the famous Michelin star or the insignia of Chevalier in the Order of Arts and Letters... the chef is at the head of three restaurants in Nice

Keisuke Matsushima travels constantly between Japan and France. He believes that it is essential in his philosophy to go back to his origins while respecting the terroir of Nice's cuisine.
