A new leader, Sullivan the Ternuec, has arrived.

EssenCiel is turning a new page in its history and is moving up the range again at the end of the year. Sullivan le Ternuec, a proud Breton in his boots, has just taken over the helm of the kitchens, freshly arrived from our Corsican neighbours. He left his native Brittany a long time ago to perfect his experience with a famous MOF on the island: Monsieur L'Hourre, chef of the gastronomic restaurant of the MARINCA & SPA *** hotel located in Propriano. The latter, whom he considers his mentor, taught him the meticulousness of great gastronomy, passed on his passion and instilled in him the art of sublimating a plate. Sullivan's culinary itinerary is punctuated by beautiful references, sometimes on the West side (Le Pressoir in Morbihan), sometimes in the South as at the Mas d'Artigny, at the beach of the Hi hotel this summer or at the Château Eza.

He describes his cuisine as "gourmet" and his watchword is to offer pleasure to his customers. Your 3 senses are awakened: the sight, with a nicely decorated plate, the taste that arouses your greed and the sense of smell thanks to the sweet perfume that emerges ... Here, no convoluted recipes, no ostentatious luxury! The cooking is certainly worked, but the product remains the king, the chef is there to simply sublimate it, with his personal signature.

Seafood products are of course in the spotlight, the Breton origins are resolutely asserted! Only a Breton dares to suggest an excellent mackerel fillet as a suggestion of the day, revisited to perfection... The menu varies according to the seasons and the inspirations of the day. As a starter, for example, you can enjoy semi-cooked salmon marinated in Thai style, candied beef cheek or delicious lemon tart with sweet sweetened desserts. Every day the chef offers his suggestions and a favorite to share with the cutting in the dining room.

This is the new orientation of this Nice address, which also wishes to give a boost of nobility to the pleasures of the art of the table. A new catering manager completes the chef's experience. Alain Virapin makes it a point of honour to rediscover the grandeur of "French-style" service by setting up the cutting in the dining room, the icing of the desserts... and by favouring an irreproachable welcome.

Add to this the exceptional 360º view of the Promenade des Anglais, the Alpine peaks, the city's monuments and the Great Blue, and a refined and modern setting. Here is a restaurant where all the conditions are met to ensure the happiness of its guests

On the Lounge Bar side, annual festivities are also celebrated (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day...). You're bound to find an opportunity to come and step on the boards of the Rooftop terrace!
