Get ready for an unforgettable week dedicated to the Côte d'Azur's emblematic flower: the mimosa!

From February 14 to 18, 2024, Mandelieu will be decked out in yellow, transforming itself into a veritable playground for lovers of sport and festivities.

Intoxicating festivities

The Fête du Mimosa promises five days of intense and varied celebrations! Day and night, the streets of Mandelieu resound with music and laughter. Take part in the children's carnival that opens the festivities on Wednesday, then attend a gospel concert on Thursday at 7pm, admire the fireworks that close the Grand Banquet Gaulois on Friday evening on the Château beach, or let yourself be carried away by the magic of a night parade on Saturday evening through the streets of the village, then the closing festivities on Sunday afternoon with the Grand Corso fleuri and its veritable works of ephemeral art.

The Mimosa Saga

At the heart of all this excitement, of course, is the mimosa! Come to Parc Emmanuelle de Marande to discover the exhibition "La Saga du Mimosa", a fascinating journey through the history and culture of this emblematic flower. Immerse yourself in a world of color and fragrance, where each petal tells its own story.

Hiking in the heart of nature

While the festivities are in full swing in town, many visitors and locals alike take advantage of this privileged time to explore the surrounding countryside. Put on your hiking boots or get on your bike and set off to discover the Forêt du Grand Duc or the Tanneron massif, true havens of peace where the mimosa unfolds all its splendor. With its winding trails and breathtaking panoramas, it's the perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.

Whether you're a sports fan, an art and culture enthusiast or simply in search of new adventures, the Fête du Mimosa in Mandelieu has a rich and varied program in store for you!
