This old-fashioned mill with its stone millstones and scourtins was abandoned for almost half a century, before being rehabilitated in 1993 and put back into service. Today, it operates non-stop from the end of November to the end of February. It crushes about forty tons of olives for a hundred inhabitants. Because it is the only mill in the commune and in L'Escarène, we want to keep this local service!
