Le Romarin is a charming restaurant with 100% home-cooked Mediterranean and contemporary cuisine. You'll find a selection of French beef, with different cuts depending on what's available and always served with fresh French fries. The specialty: prime rib to share. Here, supplies are sourced as much as possible from local producers, breeders and market gardeners, guaranteeing freshness and quality. Depending on the season, you can enjoy foie gras profiteroles, mozzarella burrata, Niçois stuffing, melting beef fillet , generous rib-eye steak and, for those with a sweet tooth: tiramisu, profiteroles, peach melba, clafoutis...Note that the menu is short and regularly renewed according to the market.
