On the small village square, at the top of a few steps, this small restaurant offers an intimate and warm vaulted room. The dishes are typically regional, linked to the pastoral tradition of the valley. Patrick and his team are committed here to bringing to life the "cucina bianca", which is an integral part of the Brigasque culture, a cuisine that was once indirectly regulated by pastoral activity and the movement of herds. Diner viel tegen. Weinig smaak, zowel in de Tourte Brigasque (aardappel-preitaart) als in de pasta met paddestoelen. Bediening OK.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien reçu dans cet hôtel, bâtisse ancienne aux murs épais, la rénovation est réussie tout en gardant le charme de l'origine des pièces voûté le confort est au rendez-vous, la cuisine enfin, tout un programme au saveurs parfumées du Piémont et d'une cuisinière inspirée.

Mon avis ne concerne que le restaurant. Il est fortement conseillé de réserver. Nous y avons mangé le soir dans les premiers services. Nous avons mangé des pâtes faites maison. C'était délicieux. L’ambiance est agréable. Le personnel était sympathique.
