This establishment offers a restaurant room open to the kitchen through a bay window. The chef offers authentic cuisine, rooted in the traditions of the land. The olive oil, pressed in the village mill, comes from his three hundred year old olive trees. Try his specialities from the Estéron: potato gnocchi, spinach and chard parcels, sweet chard tart for which he won the first Capelina d'Or prize, as well as his pissaladière. The know-how of a culinary heritage of yesteryear is perpetuated here!

Ici on nous a servi – avec un grand sourire – des « merda de can » fait maison. C’est une spécialité niçoise, ça ressemble à des gnocchis verts et c’est délicieux. Bien sûr on aurait pu prendre la salade du jour, des pâtes fraîches, une entrecôte ou des saucisses grillés mais c’est les « crottes de chien » aux blettes que nous avons voulu déguster et nous ne l’avons pas regretté.

Sensational experience in August 2022 for our cycling tour group of 12 riders and 5 staff - a very warm welcome despite no reservation and amazing food and service. Nothing was too difficult and excellent value. Thank you so much.

Ce restaurant change. La salle intérieure n'était pas ouverte aux clients pour être une annexe privative. Et en terrasse, lors du choix de la carte sur le tableau il y avait tellement de rupture (pas de paleron, pas de boeuf, de pâtes fraîches, machine à frites HS ...) qu'il restait qu'à choisir l'assiette de chez nous. Sans stock disponible, pour conserver une bonne image, il vaut peut-être mieux fermer car le coup de la carte indisponible répété auprès de tous les clients, pas top ! La cuisine est bonne mais disons que ce n'était pas le bon samedi.
