In the heart of the Préalpes d'Azur park, only a short walk away, this farm offers refined palates an exceptional product: saffron. Grown naturally and harvested by hand, this red gold can be discovered and tasted during open days. Emmanuelle will be delighted to talk to you and help you discover this spice. Jas des Rochers saffron won the gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2023. Tours of the premises are free of charge, but must be booked in advance.
