This sporting, cultural and artistic association opens the doors to a world of adventure accessible to all ages and abilities, all year round. A pioneer of its kind, it is the only one in Europe, and the first in the world, to offer the simultaneous discovery of two activities: via ferrata and caving. Supervised by qualified experts, a wide range of activities such as canyoning and caving are available for young and old adventurers alike. And to extend the experience, why not rent a tipi and stay overnight?

The mountain is whimsical: it reserves a different face every season. In winter, its cold character sometimes rebute the least brave, which leaves the physical training for a few months to better devote itself to conveyors, melted and other good famous… But is comfort not more valuable after a little effort? With its 40 kilometres of cross-country ski trails and many pedestrian routes, the area of Quail has more than one trick in its bag to motivate you!

Tariff: from € 7 per adult and € 5 per child for the day, € 5 per adult and € 3 per child for half day; snowshoes: free access.

Difficulty: very easy (green) to difficult (red).

Special provisions: if you leave solo, we strongly recommend that you prevent the gendarmerie before leaving, specifying your itinerary.

Here is the ideal place for a bike ride with a family! Very little relief, rich and colourful flora, small roads secure and isolated from circulation: the Quail plain definitely meets all the criteria for a successful outdoor exit. If the heart tells you, you can even add to the historical, geographical and biological explanations available on the website of the Alpes-Maritimes General council (www.cg06.fr). It would be a shame to miss the unusual story of the Quail meteorite, whose breeding is now visible in the church bell!
