Created in 1952 on the seafront, the Cagnes-sur-Mer racecourse is one of the most famous in France, and the1st provincial racecourse. With a total surface area of 60 hectares, it organizes 600 horse races every year and hosts prestigious events such as the Grande Journée de l'Obstacle, the Grand Prix du Département 06 and the Grand Critérium de Vitesse.
