Also called Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, this chapel was built following the great plague of 1631 that decimated the population. The Breillois went on a pilgrimage to beseech the Virgin of the Sanctuary of Vicoforte de Mondovì to end the plague. Their wish was granted and they began to build the chapel on the edge of the salt route, the path through which the plague came in to the town.
