Located below the village of Biot, this restaurant offers a bistronomic cuisine with original and innovative touches. Christine and Martial are at the stove and elaborate with passion their recipes inspired by the spirit of Paul Bocuse, their mentor. Fresh products, essentially organic and regional, sublimated by a perfect technique. Bacchus' faithful will appreciate the wine list where great vintages and nuggets from small producers are mixed. The service is irreproachable and the welcome smiling. Good value for money.

Nonostante arriviamo alle 14, la proprietaria, nonché chef, molto cordialmente ci fa accomodare, su nostra richiesta, all’interno: un solo tavolo occupato, il nostro, gli altri sono tutti a godersi sole e caldo in terrazza. Il ristorante è curato, molto francese nell’atmosfera, i piatti piacevoli.
Alle pareti ci sono diverse dediche autografate da Paul Bocuse, la chef è stata sua allieva.

Un restaurant d’exception qui mérite une étoile au guide Michelin tant pour la qualité de la cuisine que pour les lieux et l’accueil .

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce restaurant très bien décoré et avec une terrasse très agréable. La cuisine est bonne, les plats copieux et il y a du choix dans les plats du jour. Le tout à un prix tres abordable ! Nous te commandons
