Located below the village of Biot, this restaurant offers a bistronomic cuisine with original and innovative touches. Christine and Martial are at the stove and elaborate with passion their recipes inspired by the spirit of Paul Bocuse, their mentor. Fresh products, essentially organic and regional, sublimated by a perfect technique. Bacchus' faithful will appreciate the wine list where great vintages and nuggets from small producers are mixed. The service is irreproachable and the welcome smiling. Good value for money.

Riz de veau forestière la perfection...
On ressent immédiatement que c'est de la cuisine fine et digne des plus grands chefs étoilés comme par exemple celle de Guy Savoy. Un foie gras poêlé extraordinaire en entrée et un saumon grillé en plat qui vous laisseront un souvenir unique mais pour ça il faut avoir un bel appétit car la cuisine assez copieuse.
