Bistronomic restaurant with terrace and open kitchen offering good cocktails and a cuisine mixing tradition and modernity

This lovely address in the center of Beaulieu is a must-see. This bistronomic restaurant has a lot going for it: a large terrace, a lovely atmosphere, a warm welcome, a kitchen that opens onto the dining room, and great cocktails. The concise but inventive menu changes regularly according to the market, and gives pride of place to producers and good produce. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with surprising "pizzettes", pan-fried frogs' legs with smoked bacon and other more traditional French dishes.

J’ai testé juste le dessert pour accompagner mon café. Il s’agit d’une tarte aux pommes tièdes avec un praliné à la cacahouète absolument divin. Je reviendrai certainement pour goûter les plats.

Excellent restaurant ???? with lovely food and a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed our 1st visit so much we returned 3 days later... as my wife insisted on having the Ile Flottan sweet a 2nd time! ????
